Wines and spirits of l'Or de Line

CDP blanc

Rare and elegant white wine of Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Vintage 2017.

With only 5% of the appellation vinified in white, this wine is particularly rare. Ours is a blend of all the white grape varieties allowed in the appellation: one third grenache and roussanne for body, one third picpoul and clairette for grapefruit aromas for the former and flowers for the latter and one third picardan and bourboulenc to give freshness to the blend.

CDP Paule Courtil

Paule Courtil : red wine of old vineyards of Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Vintage 2016.

70% of the blend is from a vineyard planted in 1933. These very old vines have deep roots, which seek the richness of the soil far away and concentrate it in very few bunches. Of course, the yield is very limited, around 10 to 13 tons per ac. This 70% is complemented with the red, white and pink grapes of the appellation; all the 12 other varieties which represent 30% of the blend.

  Vaucluse Rose

Rose Vin de France

Millésime 2017

This rose wine comes from a small vineyard of 0.6 ac of Syrah planted in a very stony clay-limestone soil, separated from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation by a only path. This makes it a "Vin de France" with a very high concentration of aromas. Originally, it was a parcel of white Terret that we grafted.

After the vinification, once the grapes have been pressed, the marc still contains a lot of aromas. It is then put back into fermentation and distilled.
